Our team is currently obsessed with this drink–our take on the internet’s most famous dalgona coffee. It’s healthified and spiked with stress-relieving, immunity-boosting adaptogens and superplants, of course. Here’s a recipe to make quarantine mornings a little more joyful.
- 1 tbsp instant coffee
- 1 tbsp coconut sugar (or regular sugar)
- 1 tbsp of hot water
- 1 packet of Immune Shrooms (or Yoga in a Cup)
- Your choice of milk
- Ice (optional)
- Electric hand mixer
- Add the instant coffee, sugar, and hot water to a medium mixing bowl. Whip using an electric hand-held mixer.
- Add in Immune Shrooms and whip until the coffee mixture is light brown and fluffy (but not too stiff).
- Fill a glass with your choice of milk. Gently top it with the coffee mixture. Spoon it around & savor every sip.
