The past few months have been incredibly challenging physically, mentally, and emotionally, as the global pandemic upended our lives. In our latest WFH Series, we’re asking members from our community to share how they’re staying sane and well during this time, how they’re managing their stress and anxiety, and WFH tips and wellness hacks.

MORNING RITUALS THAT HELP WITH STRESS & ANXIETY:
I always have a full glass of water first thing when I wake up in the morning, take my probiotic, and go for a workout. It really centers me, gets my body moving, and starts the day off on the right foot. Another thing I always do that helps with stress and anxiety, is tidy up in the mornings. A messy house equals a messy mind for me, so I try to keep my space my little sanctuary.
MY FAVORITE WFH RECIPE:
- 1 packet of Wylde One Chill AF Cacao
- 1 scoop of collagen
- 1/2 cup cashew milk
- 1/4 hot water
Whiz this all up in a mug with a frother. Enjoy!
I love this as a nightcap before bed or midafternoon if I’m craving something sweet. It truly helps relax me and just the comfort of a warm, lightly sweet drink is the perfect way to wind down.

HOW I’M STAYING FOCUSED WFH:
I need my space to be clean and organized, so I can feel productive. I like to put in an uplifting oil at my desk diffuser, play good music, and have a plan for the day so I know what I need to tackle. Right now, I am merely taking things as they come and not being hard on myself if things are shifting.
RITUALS THAT ARE HELPING WITH STRESS & ANXIETY:
I use “I am” affirmations, I find that repeating them allows me to vibrate at the frequency, where I can feel attached to the statement. It changes based on what I am feeling, but right now I have been saying:
- I am grateful
- I am at peace
- I am safe
- I am healthy
- I am loved
MY FAV WFH DRINK:
Lately I am really loving the Matcha Brain Buzz. I find mixing caffeine with mushrooms really helps me to not feel jittery or anxious, while still feeling energized.

HOW I’M STAYING FOCUSED WFH:
Right before I jump onto my first morning meeting, I do 10 minutes of guided meditation. My hound Roux likes to get her zen on, too. Taking frequent breaks is also extremely important for me. One of my favorite ways is coming outside barefoot and just getting raw sunlight. It’s a great way to boost vitamin D levels, which in turn is great for your immune system.
MY FAVORITE WFH DRINK:
I love drinking Golden Glow Up daily in between breakfast and lunch because it’s great for boosting gut health and digestion. I also really like that it has Ashwagandha, which is amazing for balancing stress hormones–I just completed my master’s program, so it’s very much needed!
