The past few months have been incredibly challenging physically, mentally, and emotionally, as the global pandemic upended our lives. In our latest WFH Series, we’re asking members from our community to share how they’re staying sane and well during this time, how they’re managing their stress and anxiety, and WFH tips and wellness hacks.

WHAT I’M DRINKING LATELY:
A delicious smoothie made with frozen spinach, banana, flax seeds for omega 3s, Immune Shrooms for an immune system boost, chocolate protein, almond butter, and homemade almond milk. I love it because it’s a strong start to the day with greens, protein, healthy fats and helps set the tone for the rest of the day.
MY WFH WELLNESS HACK:
I never skip breakfast–I find that I have energy and more focus on work than snacking, when I start with something nutrient dense like this. Also, set an alarm every hour to stand up from your desk and give your eyes a break.
Sabyle Zeringis, Founder of Haven Cafe
WHAT I’M DRINKING LATELY:
My go to is an adaptogenic at-home mocha latte! Coffee, Yoga in a Cup, mocha collagen, choc syrup, and oat milk! Always over ice. It’s a healthier version of what I’d get at my local coffee shop, and I love the added benefit of chill.
On days when I’d like a break from coffee, I choose between a turmeric latte or matcha latte. I’ll add honey, cinnamon, and oat milk to either the Golden Glow Up or Matcha Brain Buzz. This allows me to stick to my routine, even if I’m not feeling in a coffee mood that day. (Especially helpful if it’s that monthly time–helps with inflammation and cramps.)
HOW I’M STAYING SANE WFH:
Honestly a lot of cooking and baking! Having more time to create in the kitchen brings me joy!

WHAT I’M DRINKING LATELY:
I drink a nespresso with oat milk and Chill AF Cacao in the mornings for a nice mocha coffee. Spending all this time at home, it makes me feel like I’m at a fun coffee shop instead of on my couch...again lol
HOW I’M STAYING SANE WFH:
I’m taking lots of dance breaks throughout the day. The world feels so upside down right now, so just getting out of my head, moving my body, and doing something silly helps me stay sane.
