- 1 cup of warmed milk (we love coconut or almond)
- 1 packet of Yoga in a Cup
- 1 tbsp raw cacao
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Dash of Cinnamon
- Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
- Combine all ingredients in a blender.
