The Role:

We are looking for an Ambassador Associate to join our small but growing team. In this role, the Ambassador Associate will work closely with the founding team to help strengthen and grow our ambassador program. They will be responsible for executing, expanding, and optimizing our program to build a thriving and engaged ambassador community.

Our ideal candidate is a proactive, enthusiastic, analytical, and strategic thinker with a proven track record in managing and growing an ambassador or affiliate program. They should be an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail. They should be flexible and adaptive with the ability to work quickly and efficiently under tight deadlines. They should bring a highly strategic yet thoughtful approach to building a strong and passionate community around our brand mission and values.

Responsibilities:

• Work directly with founding team to help strengthen and execute ambassador program
• Cultivate and grow an engaged and passionate ambassador community
• Discover, recruit, onboard, and cultivate relationships with value-aligned ambassadors and advocates that embody our brand mission and values
• Manage ambassador database and actively track progress and engagement
• Coordinate packages and gifting
• Track and analyze KPI’s to continually refine and optimize ambassador program
• Closely monitor feedback, sentiment, and trends to strengthen program
• Cultivate relationships with press affiliates including writers, editors, bloggers, publications, etc.

Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or related field
• Deep knowledge of influencer community; track record of growing an engaged ambassador or affiliate community
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational skills, time management, strong attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines
• Highly analytical and resourceful problem solver with an entrepreneurial spirit
• A team player who can work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced startup environment
• Relationships with content creators, influencers, and press a plus
• Possess a positive, can-do attitude, and a growth mindset
• Passion for wellness, culture, and community
