Golden Brain Buzz Turmeric LatteGolden Brain Buzz Turmeric Latte


  • 1 cup warmed coconut milk
  • 1 packet of Brain Buzz
  • 1 tsp coconut butter
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/4 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
  • Dash of ground nutmeg
  • Dash of cardamom
  • Pinch of black pepper (must for proper absorption)
  • Pinch of pink Himalayan salt
  • 1-2 tsp honey

Serves 1


  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend on high until smooth and frothy.
  3. Pour into a giant mug, sprinkle some extra cinnamon, and enjoy the golden magic.
